Pros pay a total of 14.5% on the services they complete. Buyers pay one flat fee per booking. Nothing is deducted that isn't listed on this page, and every fee is shown before anyone confirms anything.
Three fees come out of each completed service, and they add up to 14.5%. You keep 85.5%.
What you pay uSource for the booking — the marketplace, the Pro Store, search and ranking, scheduling, messaging and support.
This funds the Incidental Coverage Program, a self-funded protection program. What it covers and how to claim is set out in the Incidental Coverage Policy — it isn't a substitute for your own insurance.
The payment-processing charge on the transaction. It covers card and payment costs rather than going to uSource as margin.
All three fees are taken from the Service Order Subtotal — your listed price, or the Deal price if the Buyer used one.
So the percentage is never charged on tax, and never on what the Buyer paid in fees. If you list a service at $200, the fees are calculated on $200 — not on the larger total the Buyer sees at checkout.
| Service Order Subtotal | $200.00 |
| Booking Fee (10%) | −$20.00 |

You pay one flat Service Guarantee fee on each qualifying confirmed service booking. The amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.
It funds the Service Guarantee program. What the program covers is set out in the Service Guarantee Terms.
On a full refund — if the service wasn't performed, or if it was cancelled by the Pro, or by you before the late-cancellation window. It's kept on partial refunds and on late cancellations that were yours.
Product-only orders don't carry a Buyer fee today. If that changes, it will be disclosed before checkout.
uSource Rewards offset the Booking Fee only. The Incidental Coverage Fee and the Merchant Fee still apply while a reward is being drawn down, unless that campaign's Campaign Schedule says otherwise.
Rates can differ through Trusted Pro Advantage or a rewards campaign, and may vary by category, service mode, market or program. Any change is disclosed in advance.
Refunds, chargebacks, penalties, debts and promotional obligations can be deducted from a payout. Payouts can also be held during a dispute, a safety or fraud review, or a tax or identity check.
Pros handle their own income, business and employment taxes, licences and filings. uSource collects and remits sales tax as a marketplace facilitator where the law requires it.
