1. Availability

Available to new and existing uSource Buyers in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and surrounding vicinities, including The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy and Pearland. Not available in other markets at this time.

2. The bundle

Eligible Buyers receive a promotional bundle of four single-use codes with a combined value of $100:

3. Unlocking

The bundle is granted in a locked state and unlocks upon completion of phone verification. All four codes unlock at the same time.

4. Expiration

All four codes expire 90 days from each Buyer's unlock date.

5. Limits and what codes apply to

Limits. One bundle per Buyer. One code per booking. Codes are single-use, non-transferable and have no cash value. Codes cannot be combined with each other, with uCoins, with Pro-created coupons or Deals, or with any other promotion.

What codes apply to. Codes apply to the service subtotal only, on eligible services. They do not apply to the Service Guarantee Fee, taxes, tips, processing charges, delivery costs, gratuities or product subtotals. Codes are consumed in full; a code worth more than the permitted discount on a given transaction is not partially consumed and no residual value is returned to the bundle.

6. Eligibility

Test accounts, employee accounts, and accounts that are suspended, terminated or under an unresolved Trust & Safety, fraud or policy investigation are not eligible. Accounts created to abuse promotions, referrals, uCoins, Deals, refunds or payments, and any use of duplicate accounts, false verification or other manipulation to obtain more than one bundle, result in forfeiture of the bundle.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds on discounted transactions are calculated against the amount actually paid after the discount, not the undiscounted price. If a booking on which a code was redeemed is cancelled or fully refunded through no fault of the Buyer, including Pro no-show, Pro cancellation or platform error, the code is restored to the Buyer's bundle subject to its original expiration date. Late cancellations or reversals caused by the Buyer may result in forfeiture of promotional value. Restoration never extends the expiration date, and no restoration occurs after expiry.

8. Fraud

uSource may cancel, freeze, reverse or claw back an unredeemed or redeemed code at any time where fraud, self-dealing or manipulation is identified, and may recover the subsidized amount.

9. Program discretion

This promotion is discretionary. uSource may modify, suspend or terminate it prospectively. Codes already unlocked remain redeemable through their 90-day expiration.

Governing Law; Venue; Arbitration Coordination

This document and any dispute arising out of or relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement and any mandatory legal exceptions, any permitted court action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. Nothing in this provision is intended to override the application of Delaware law to the internal corporate affairs of uSource Technology, Inc. as a Delaware corporation.

If the applicable Terms of Service or Platform Access Agreement contains an arbitration agreement, that arbitration agreement controls the process for resolving disputes. This policy is incorporated into those agreements and must be interpreted consistently with them.
